After the success of the third edition in 2023 that saw more than 200 participants from various parts of the world, 15 international speakers, I thought to continue with a high education event devoted very much to practice, including workshops and live surgery. The event will be attended by distinguished international specialists, thus contributing to a unique event. Each participant will also be able to talk directly with the experts during the surgeries/workshops. In the hands-on workshops, mentors will instruct and guide participants during each training session, providing feedback on each learning. The goal of CONGRESS is to chart the diagnostic and therapeutic course to be followed in the patient with chronic venous disease (CVD), lymphatic and vulnological disease, following the Hands on Training formula, that is, "teaching to learn by providing real-world experience, allowing the participant to be able to apply what they have learned, creating a sense of empowerment"…
