The International Live Venous Symposium 2023 is undergoing CME accreditation for Biologist, Dietitian, Professional Educator, Pharmacist (Hospital Pharmacy and Territorial Pharmacy), Physiotherapist, Nurse Practitioner, Surgeon (all specialties), Podiatrist, Psychologist, Orthopedic Technician, and Occupational Therapist for up to 200 participants.

Registration entitles you to access to the scientific proceedings, congress kit, lunch break, certificate of attendance and CME certificate*.

Please note that pre-registration for the course must be validated by signing in attendance, at the PROMO dea organizational secretariat available at the congress venue, starting at 08:00 and ending at 09:00 on Friday, 17/11/2023. After that time, pre-registration will be cancelled and requests will be placed on the waiting list.
Access to the course will be determined according to the chronological order of registration in the secretariat, and the first 200 registrants will be entitled to acquire CME credits.
Registrations will be accepted until all available places are filled and only upon receipt of the registration form and copy of the bank transfer sent to ilvs2023@christianbaraldi.it

Prepayment within 7 days from the date of the congress.
*Granting of CME credits is subject to careful verification of attendance (90% of the training hours) and evaluation questionnaire (passed with at least 75% correct answers).
SECRETARIAT
The Secretariat will be open during the Symposium sessions.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the Meeting.

Payment procedures
Registration is valid upon receipt of payment which must be submitted at the same time as registration. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secure online payment by credit card through the Paypal circuit. After receiving the completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or email of your registration.
All payments must be made in EURO (€). Personal checks and foreign currency are not accepted. Further information on the payment procedure can be found in the online registration form.
Payments by bank transfer must be received in full by Monday October 10, 2023.
Cancellation:
Cancellation by October 01, 2023: payment will be refunded after the event minus a 30% administration fee.
For cancellations made after this date: payments will not be refunded.
